These terms cover your use of pinionsco.com and anything you buy or access through it. PinionsCo is the company behind a set of independent music and creative ventures. Those ventures each have their own website, and all of them send you here for accounts, checkout and member access. Using this site means you accept these terms.
Your account
One account works across every venture. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We can suspend or close an account that is being used to break these terms.
Buying and access
Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars and are what you pay unless the page says otherwise. When a purchase completes you get access to what you bought, on the terms described on that product's page. Digital purchases are a licence to use the material yourself, not ownership of it, and not permission to resell it, share your login, or redistribute the files.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your dashboard, and cancelling stops the next charge rather than refunding the current period. Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.
What you may not do
- Share, resell or republish material you bought.
- Share your login, or use someone else's.
- Scrape, copy or mirror the site or its content.
- Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.
- Post anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights in a community space.
Content
The writing, recordings, courses, designs and code on this site belong to PinionsCo or to the people it licenses from. Anything you post in a community space stays yours, and you give us permission to display it on the site and to keep hosting it while your account is open.
Links out
The venture sites and other sites linked from here are separate. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.
No warranty
The site and everything on it is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any particular result will come from using it. Nothing here is professional, legal or financial advice.
Limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, PinionsCo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.
Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which PinionsCo is organized. Any dispute is handled in the courts of that state.
